Privacy Policy
iTuner Pro is designed to work locally on your device. We do not require an account, do not show advertising, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not upload microphone audio or tuning activity to our servers. We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and Apple services to process purchases and subscriptions.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the iTuner Pro app for iPhone and Apple Watch and to the support pages for the app. It does not apply to Apple services such as the App Store, TestFlight, iCloud, or device-level diagnostics, which are governed by Apple's own policies.
Information the app accesses
iTuner Pro may access the following information on your device only to provide app features:

Analytics and diagnostics
We do not operate a user account system for iTuner Pro. The iPhone app uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to collect aggregated usage and diagnostic information. We use this information to understand how the app is used, identify reliability issues, and improve features. We do not use Firebase Analytics for third-party advertising or to track you across apps and websites.
If you contact us for support by email, we will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device model, app version, screenshots, or description of the issue. We use support messages only to respond to your request and improve the app.
Tracking and advertising
iTuner Pro does not show advertising, does not use third-party advertising SDKs, does not sell personal information, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data sharing
App usage and diagnostic information is processed by Google as our analytics provider. Subscription purchases and related transaction information are processed by Apple. We do not share app data with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information only if required by law or if necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
iTuner Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes your payment, billing account, refunds, and subscription management under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your full payment card or bank account details.
The app uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information only to display available products, complete and restore purchases, and determine whether Pro features should be available. Subscription conditions are described in the iTuner Pro Terms of Use.
Permissions
Microphone permission is required for live tuning. You can revoke microphone access at any time in the iOS or watchOS Settings app. If microphone access is disabled, iTuner Pro cannot detect pitch.
Data retention and deletion
Preferences and any local tuning history remain on your device until you change settings, clear available in-app history controls, or delete the app. Deleting iTuner Pro removes its locally stored app data according to normal iOS and watchOS behavior.
Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, maintain records, and improve app quality.
Firebase Analytics information is retained according to our configured Google Analytics retention settings and Google's applicable policies. You can stop future analytics collection by deleting the app. To make a privacy or deletion request, contact us using the address below. Because iTuner Pro does not have user accounts, we may not be able to associate an email request with analytics information identified only by an app-instance identifier.
Children's privacy
iTuner Pro is a general-audience music utility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support contact, please email us and we will take appropriate action.
International users
The app processes tuning data locally on the device where you use it. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed in the country or region where the email service and developer operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
