Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules for using iTuner Pro and the conditions that apply to auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions purchased through Apple.
Agreement to these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using iTuner Pro, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and any applicable App Store terms. These Terms supplement those agreements for iTuner Pro.
iTuner Pro service
iTuner Pro provides instrument tuning, metronome, reference tone, and related practice tools. Some features are available only with an active iTuner Pro subscription. The app describes the features included with a subscription before purchase.
Subscriptions
- iTuner Pro may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans.
- The subscription period and local price are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
- Prices may vary by country or region and may include applicable taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
- Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Free trials and introductory offers
A free trial or introductory offer is available only when displayed in the app and only to users Apple determines are eligible. The offer duration and the price charged after the offer are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or offer ends, it will convert to the selected paid subscription at the displayed price. Offer availability is controlled by Apple and may vary by subscription plan, account, and region.
Managing or canceling a subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings or at Apple's subscription management page. Turning off auto-renewal prevents the next renewal; it does not immediately end your current paid access. Pro features remain available until the end of the current subscription period unless Apple ends or refunds the transaction earlier.
Refunds and billing issues
Apple processes all subscription payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds. We cannot directly issue an App Store refund. You can request help or a refund from Apple at Report a Problem. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple under its policies and applicable law.
Changes to subscriptions or features
We may update Pro features or subscription options as the app evolves while continuing to provide value during active subscription periods. Apple handles required notices or consent for subscription price increases. Any new price is shown through Apple before it applies as required by applicable rules.
Acceptable use
You may use iTuner Pro for personal or professional music practice in accordance with these Terms, Apple's applicable license terms, and the law. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass subscription verification or access controls.
Availability and accuracy
Tuning results can be affected by microphone quality, ambient sound, instrument harmonics, device settings, and playing technique. The app is provided as a practice tool and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Privacy
Our handling of app, analytics, support, and subscription information is described in the iTuner Pro Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, subscription offerings, or legal requirements change. The updated page will show a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
